Module 1 – Trading Foundations is the core entry module of Green Gubre Group Academy, designed to take learners from zero knowledge to professional operational readiness in international trading.
This module does not rely solely on theory.
It is built entirely on real-world trading practice, using the same structures, documents, procedures, and decision-making logic as professional traders in global commodity markets.
By the end of this module, learners will understand
how international trade actually works, not how it is described in textbooks.

Module Structure
Module 1 – Trading Foundations consists of 26 lessons, organized into six structured sessions.
Each session builds on the previous one, ensuring a logical and progressive learning curve
Session 1: Understanding Trading Basics
Introduces how global trade works, who the key players are, and how genuine trading relationships are formed.
You will learn how deals start, how offers are made, and how buyers and sellers interact.
Session 2: Trade Documentation
Covers all essential trade documents used in real transactions, including their purpose, structure, and common mistakes.
You will learn how documents flow from contract to customs and banks.
Session 3: Payment Methods
Explains how money moves in international trade.
You will master TT, LC, SBLC, DLC, bank instruments, SWIFT messages, and how banks evaluate risk and compliance.
Session 4: Incoterms Deep Training
Provides deep, practical understanding of Incoterms® and how they affect price, risk, responsibility, and contracts.
You will learn how to choose the right Incoterm for each trade.
Session 5: Practical Trade Execution
Focuses on execution: logistics, freight, inspections, contracts, compliance, and negotiation.
This session shows how deals are actually executed step by step.
Session 6: Advanced Trading
Introduces professional-level thinking through risk management, market analysis, forecasting, negotiation, ethics, and real trade case studies.
